Industrial lifting doors (also known as industrial slip doors or thermal lifting doors) are commonly used as factory exterior doors, loading and unloading areas, and large logistics corridors. The door body is lifted upward along the guide rails and parks at the top or side, taking up space on both sides and suitable for industrial scenarios with compact passages requiring large openings.

Door body and insulation structure

The door panel uses a rigid insulation composite structure, with a surface made of color-coated steel or other metal panels. The core is filled with high-density insulation material, and sealing strips are installed at the joints to reduce air convection and cooling loss. For cold storage, cold chain, and temperature-controlled workshops, thickened insulated door panels can be used, combined with bottom and side seals to enhance overall insulation and dust resistance.

Operating modes and security configurations

The door body is smoothly raised and lowered through a balancing system and lifting rails, available for both electric and manual operation modes. Optional devices include torsion spring anti-drop, wire rope break-proof, bottom airbags, or infrared photoelectric protection to reduce misoperation and accidental risks. During power outages, manual release can be switched to ensure passage between personnel and vehicles.

The control system is integrated with the Internet of Things
