Anbixin's insulated upward-acting door is designed specifically for high-energy industrial environments, aiming to provide excellent insulation performance for your workshop. We use a 40mm-thick polyurethane door panel with an efficient foaming process to ensure an even insulating layer inside the door panel, effectively blocking heat loss. This design can significantly reduce cold bridges, and even in extreme cold weather, it can maintain the warmth and stability inside the workshop, creating a comfortable environment for your production activities.

Multi-Point Seal System, Ensuring Absolute Airtightness

• Double Seal Design: The door body uses a double-seal structure, including rubber seals between the door panel and frame, as well as an airbag seal system between the bottom and the ground. This design effectively prevents cold air and dust from entering, ensuring the door body maintains absolute airtightness when closed.
• Bottom Airbag Seal: The bottom airbag seal system automatically inflates when the door body descends, tightly sealing with the ground to form a solid barrier, preventing cold air from seeping through from the bottom. At the same time, it can cushion the impact between the door body and the ground, extending the service life of the door body.
• Rail Heating System: In cold regions, we offer an optional rail heating system. By heating the surface of the rails, it prevents freezing and snow accumulation, ensuring the door body can open and close normally without getting stuck or damaged due to freezing.

Anbixin's insulated upward-acting door uses high-strength cold-rolled steel plates, which are specially treated and coated, with high resistance to corrosion and durability. The surface of the door panel is spray-painted, not only beautiful but also effectively prevents oxidation and fading. The door frame uses thickened profiles to ensure its rigidity and stability, capable of withstanding heavy load vehicles and frequent opening and closing operations, adapting to the high-intensity requirements of heavy industry environments.
