Steel lifting door: Steel door panel structure, balancing strength and insulation

Steel lifting doors are a type of industrial lifting door mainly composed of steel door panels. The door body is lifted upward along the guide rails on both sides and stopped above or beside the opening, without occupying space on either side of the passage. Steel panels have high strength, excellent impact and wind resistance, and are suitable for industrial scenarios such as factory exterior doors, loading and unloading areas, and large logistics corridors.

Door panel structure and insulation sealing

The door panel uses a composite structure of steel panels and insulated cores, with surface treatments such as color coating. Sealing strips are installed between sections and between door bodies and guide rails to reduce air convection and cooling loss. For cold storage, cold chain, and temperature-controlled workshops, thickened insulated door panels can be used, combined with bottom and side seals to enhance overall insulation and dust resistance.

Operating modes and security configurations

The door body is smoothly raised and lowered through a balancing system and lifting rails, available for both electric and manual operation modes. Optional devices include torsion spring anti-drop, wire rope break-proof, bottom airbags, or infrared photoelectric protection to reduce misoperation and accidental risks. During power outages, manual release can be switched to ensure passage between personnel and vehicles.
